Pencraft recognizes the importance of securing our clients' personal data. Our company guards the privacy of its clients' data and documents electronically, technically, and on location within our company facilities. Only Pencraft personnel have access to our databases. Databases are administered by an information technology and intrusion specialist. There is no inbound Internet access at the corporate offices to gain admission to the corporate databases and data network. All systems have antivirus installed and updates are done at regular time intervals.
It is Pencraft's policy not to provide any information or documents collected from clients to any other person(s), agencies, companies, or organizations. All completed documents are furnished to clients only. If a document is sent on a client's behalf, it is done only with the client's permission and knowledge. Paper documents furnished to us by clients are returned to them at the completion of the development process.
